Bepanthol Product Looks Spoiled Before Its Expiration Date

I purchased a Bepanthol product through Trendyol. Although the product is still within its expiration date, its color and consistency are different from normal and it appears to be spoiled. For this reason, I do not feel comfortable using the product safely.

Because the product appears to be defective or spoiled, I request that it be replaced with a new one. I kindly ask that the product be inspected and that I be contacted as soon as possible with a resolution to my complaint.
