Shinyforce Never Shipped My Instagram Order

I ordered a New ERA Gray Zip sweatshirt from the Shinyforce Instagram page on September 11 and paid a total of $30 for the order. After making the payment, I received a confirmation email stating that my order had been received, but the product was never shipped to me.

Every week, whenever I contacted them through WhatsApp and Instagram, I was told that the order would be shipped that week. On one occasion, I was also told that the product was custom-made and that this was the reason for the delay. Most recently, when I contacted them again on Monday, I was told that the product would be shipped and delivered to me by Friday. However, I never received any tracking information, and the product was not shipped.

I feel that I have been given excuses and delayed for a long time, and I now want this issue resolved. I request that my order be shipped to me immediately or, if the product will not be shipped, that the full amount I paid be refunded without further delay.
