Disappointing results can be expected when shopping at Rossmann online! Because of a problem on their end, a purchase I made on October 29, 2023, had to be canceled, but I was assured that I would receive a refund within one to three business days. Despite this, it has been six business days since the request was made, and the money has not been refunded. I've tried calling them five times, and each time they say someone will call me back, but no one ever does. I will resort to legal action if my payment is not refunded to me in a timely manner.
