I ordered something from the Rossmann website on September 9, 2024, and as of today, September 16, 2024, my items are still showing as "collected." I placed my order, and it said it would ship in 3 business days, but that hasn't happened yet. On top of everything, I won’t be at the place when the delivery is supposed to show up. I’ve called customer service a bunch of times to let them know about this, but no one answers or gets back to me.
