Rossmann Delayed My Order Placed on 09.09 and Customer Service Won’t Respond

I ordered something from the Rossmann website on September 9, 2024, and as of today, September 16, 2024, my items are still showing as "collected." I placed my order, and it said it would ship in 3 business days, but that hasn't happened yet. On top of everything, I won’t be at the place when the delivery is supposed to show up. I’ve called customer service a bunch of times to let them know about this, but no one answers or gets back to me. This has created a lot of extra stress, and I’m really hoping someone from the team can jump in to sort this out quickly.

I was called to receive an apology from the company, but my package still hadn't arrived. My package was sent to the address where I tried to explain I wouldn't be last Saturday. The courier called, and I explained the situation to him, and he redirected the package to my current address. Only then was I able to receive my package. I thank the employees and authorities of the courier company. Rossmann failed.
