Rossmann Left Me Unanswered and Waiting at the Store Before the Holiday

On March 29, 2025 (around 14:15), the queue at the checkout was long because there was only one employee working at your Rossmann Türkiye Istanbul Erenköy Street store. I left your store because I didn’t want to wait, but since I couldn’t find anyone to ask me about the products on the shelves beforehand, I couldn’t get answers to my needs anyway. For this reason, customers in the checkout queue were asking the cashier instead of the shelf area, which was preventing the queue from moving forward. It was also very ironic that when I called the customer representative, he couldn’t find the store name despite me giving him the information on Şemsettin Günaltay Street. My learning from my mobile phone after I hung up is another amateurishness on your part. Leaving the store so unattended on the eve of the holiday, when people are supposed to be buying gifts, basic needs and meeting their pre-holiday needs, shows that satisfaction is not given the slightest importance.
