Hello. I wish I could write a letter expressing my satisfaction, as I used to love Rossmann. On July 20, 2023, around 1:00 PM, I was shopping at the Rossmann store in Çankaya Alsancak, İzmir, across from the bakery. There was a crowd at the cashier's. The cashier asked the lady in front of me if she had a Rossmann membership. The woman said no. (I have been working close to Çankaya Rossmann for five years, and I had already signed up for membership a long time ago, and I had never encountered any issues before during shopping.) I told her that I had a membership and gave her my number. She entered the number but said it was not there. I was surprised and said, "How can that be?" Then she asked the person behind me, then another person (meanwhile, the queue was getting longer), and when she asked a lady, she immediately found her number and said she was a member. Anyway... I signed up again. We were still waiting as the line got longer. Finally, it was my turn. I said, "I had a membership, how can it not be there?" She replied, "No, there's none." Even while scanning the products, she kept insisting that there was no membership. I told her I didn't understand why she kept saying "no." Angrily, I left the products and told her it was disrespectful. She said, "If you want to leave, leave." Regardless of having a membership or not, being accused of lying by your cashier in front of so many people is extremely humiliating. Getting reprimanded by another employee when leaving the products behind in such a crowded place is a separate issue. As you can understand, today, your employees at the Çankaya store put me in a position of being called a liar. Later, I was unjustly fired. Being told "leave if you want to" when leaving the products behind... These are all disheartening things.
