I did not receive the Robux I purchased

The transaction for the purchase of 800 Robux took place on November 20, 2022. My bank account was debited for the amount, but I did not receive any Robux for the transaction. The number 380788 has been assigned as the authorization number for the transaction. I would like for the money to be transferred back to the account I originally used. This is not the first time that I have encountered this particular circumstance. I have been waiting for the money to be returned to my account for the past and a half month and a half, and I am hoping that it will happen as soon as possible.
