I Bought 500 Robux on Roblox but Got “Transaction Canceled” After Being Charged
On April 7, I purchased 500 Robux from Roblox—something I’ve done many times before without any problems. But this time, even though the money was successfully withdrawn from my card, I received a message saying “your transaction was canceled” and no Robux were delivered to my account.
I want to make it clear: I did not cancel the transaction. Everything on my end was correct, and I was fully expecting the Robux to be added immediately as usual. Instead, I lost my money and got nothing in return. This has never happened before, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
Roblox, I need an urgent fix. Either send me the 500 Robux I paid for or refund my money immediately. This issue should not happen to any paying customer.
