I purchased the Roborock S8 robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar on February 16, 2025. Within just a few months, the water tank became discolored and yellowed, while the dust bin started to emit a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite using filtered water from a purifier, the bottom of the tank has turned green, almost as if it’s moldy. This happened even though we regularly removed the tank to air it out.

The product’s design seems flawed—yes, the tank is enclosed, but it shouldn't degrade this quickly or easily. It shouldn’t require special care just to avoid mold buildup when it’s meant to store water. I expected far better material quality from a robot vacuum at this price.

I’m extremely disappointed with the product’s durability and hygiene standards. I request that Roborock provide a replacement for the water and dust tanks or offer a proper solution under warranty. A premium robot vacuum should not show such wear and hygiene issues in such a short time.
