Unable to Access New Roblox Account Due to Unexpected 2FA

When I try to log in to my newly created Roblox account with the username “c**ss”, I’m prompted with a two-step verification screen. After creating the account, I logged out once, and when I tried to log back in — even though I entered my username and password correctly — the two-step verification process appeared. However, I never added an email address or phone number to my account and did not enable any verification settings myself.

Because of this, I am now completely unable to access my account. The account is completely free and newly created — I haven’t made any purchases or linked any devices. The same issue occurs every time I attempt to log in. I have not yet tried logging in from another device or browser.

I kindly request that the two-step verification be removed so I can regain access to my account.
