I used to have a Roblox account under the username berkbey***, but I recently had a problem when someone discovered my password and changed it. I attempted to reset the password but was unable to do so because I had not verified the account with a phone number or email address. I then inadvertently logged out of the account and am unable to log back in. After contacting Roblox support, I received an automated message stating that a Roblox admin had requested a password reset; however, when I clicked on it, it requested a password reset for the berkbey3aayt53 account, which is not mine.
