Requesting Roblox Manual Recovery Help

I would like to share the access issue I’m experiencing with my long-time Roblox account. I used this account on an Android device, and I had been using it since 2020. Some time ago, I gave the account to a friend. Later, the password was changed, and when I tried to log back in, it asked me to verify the games that had been played. Since I don’t know which games my friend or their child played while using the account, I couldn’t pass this verification step.

I currently do not have access to the email address registered to my Roblox account. Because of this, I’m dealing with similar issues on other platforms as well — but since my Roblox account holds years of effort, I feel especially distressed about losing it. The account is old and I had made significant progress in several games, so the idea of losing it is very upsetting. Also, the fact that identity verification had been completed on this account in the past makes me believe that Roblox should be able to confirm the account belongs to me more easily.

My account username is rblxayxan9aze, my name is ayxan m*, and the email address I believe I used when creating the account is ayxanme****[email protected]. I request that the Roblox team use this information — along with the identity verification already completed on the account — to restore my access. At the very least, I ask for assistance through an ID/verification process and for guidance on the steps I need to take to recover my account.
