I Can’t Access My Roblox Account “berenks” Due to Missing 2FA Code Since August 4
Since August 4, 2025, I’ve been completely locked out of my Roblox account (username: berenks) because the two-factor authentication code (2FA) is not being delivered to my email address (v********@gmail.com**). Each time I try to log in, I get stuck on the 2FA prompt, but no verification code ever arrives. I’ve checked every folder—including spam and trash—multiple times and even tried logging in from different devices, but nothing changes.
This is not just an access issue—it’s also a financial one. Just one day before the problem started, I had loaded 1.5k Robux onto my account. That money is now tied up in an account I can’t even use, which makes this situation all the more frustrating.
I’ve reached out to Roblox customer support since the very beginning of the issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any effective help or solution. I’m asking Roblox to immediately restore my account access by either resolving the 2FA delivery issue or offering a secure alternative verification process.
Please take this matter seriously and help me regain access to my account and the Robux I paid for.
