Robinhood Account Restricted Due To SSN Mismatch
I've been using my Robinhood account for a year without any problems, but now it's been restricted due to an issue with my SSN not matching. This problem is completely new to me. After reaching out to customer service regarding the issue, they assured me that they had initiated a ticket and would be in touch with me soon. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, my account was suspended and all my funds were frozen a few days after that call. I'm attempting to contact customer service in order to promptly address the matter, but I'm experiencing difficulty in getting through. I just want a refund, I don't care about closing the account.
