My Account Locked on Binance TR

When I received a message on my phone from Binance TR, that stated that my account had been restricted and that my assets were at risk of being frozen, I was shocked. The message included a link to remove the restriction, but it didn't work for me. Worse, I was unable to access the Binance TR website to seek assistance or clarification. This situation left me with a slew of unanswered questions. Why would Binance restrict account access? Is there a legitimate reason for this, or is it a new method of seizing users' funds?
