Robinhood Account Frozen Without Reason - No Customer Support
After using this crypto exchange for 8 months, I am disappointed with my experience. Yesterday, I attempted to move my coins over to Binance, but unfortunately, the transaction was unsuccessful. As a result, I decided to withdraw all my funds and close my account. However, to my surprise, they inexplicably froze my account. After attempting to log out and log back in, I was unexpectedly prompted to reset my password. I went ahead and did that, but to my disappointment, when I attempted to withdraw funds once more, my account ended up being frozen yet again. My account is being frozen without any justification, making it impossible for me to withdraw money. I submitted a support ticket, but unfortunately, there is no specific timeframe provided for when the issue will be resolved. Such people cannot be relied upon when it comes to handling your finances.
