Robinhood's Transfer Offer Bonus Went Wrong

The offer of a 1% bonus for any amount transferred by Robinhood drew me to move my brokerage account there. But after the transfer was done, never got the bonus that was promised. I met all of Robinhood's requirements and agreed to all of their terms, but the bonus wasn't in my account. reached out to their customer support multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue, but each time I was met with generic responses and no concrete solutions. It's annoying to feel lied to by a promotion that seemed like a great chance at first. Robinhood needs to keep their word and give out the bonuses they advertise. If they don't, it makes people less likely to trust their platform and makes people wonder about the honesty of their ads. I'm disappointed and unhappy with this experience.
