Chase Froze My Account, No Access To Funds, Endless Waiting
My account with Chase was frozen on June 1st, locking me out of the app and leaving me without access to my funds. Despite assurances that the relevant department would contact me, I'm still waiting for a resolution. This lack of access to my money is unacceptable. I strongly advise against banking with Chase. Where is my money, and why can't I access it? This experience has soured my trust in the company, and I will not be returning as a customer but first of course we need to solve this little problem, when I call customer service they either keep me on the line by generic responses, or make empty promises, I can’t even tell how many hours I spent trying to solve this.
