Revolution Eye Serum Applicator Failed and Sprayed Product Into My Eye


I received the Revolution Espresso Eye Lift Eye Serum today from the Watsons online store (Order No: 0304801259). When I opened the product for the first time and attempted to apply it, the roll-on applicator came off, and the cream squirted directly into my eye. I had to rinse my eye thoroughly with plenty of water, and more than half of the product became unusable as a result.
I believe the product I purchased has a manufacturing defect. I was concerned for my health, and almost the entire product was wasted. In order to prevent a similar situation from happening to others, I request that this issue be investigated and that my grievance be resolved.
I ask for a clear explanation as to whether the product has a manufacturing defect, and if possible, I request a replacement product.
