Booking Car Rental Complaint – Damage Claim Still Under Review

On August 14, 2025, the Cupra Formentor vehicle I rented in Berlin through Booking was scratched. We started the compensation process regarding the incident and submitted all required documents. My reservation number is 664089153. Since August 22, 2025, no payment has been made, and the process still has not been resolved. When I contacted customer service, they told me the case was still under review, but I have not received any clear information or any payment.

I request that the compensation process be finalized as soon as possible and that the payment be issued without further delay.
