I Face an Unexplained Traffic Fine from Europcar — €30 Charged Without Any Proof

11

On July 31, 2025, I rented a Cupra vehicle from Europcar Hamburg, Germany (Reservation No: 1192691899). Later, I was informed of a €30 traffic fine allegedly issued on August 3, 2025, and on September 17, 2025, this amount was charged to my credit card. However, I was never provided with any document or photographic evidence related to this fine.

I contacted Europcar customer service, but I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation. To verify whether this penalty truly applies to me, I request that the official documentation or photographic proof of the traffic violation be shared with me.

I kindly ask that the necessary documents be provided and that this issue be resolved to prevent further inconvenience.
