On July 31, 2025, I rented a Cupra vehicle from Europcar Hamburg, Germany (Reservation No: 1192691899). Later, I was inf...ormed of a €30 traffic fine allegedly issued on August 3, 2025, and on September 17, 2025, this amount was charged to my credit card. However, I was never provided with any documen
