Between July 1–8, 2025, I made a reservation through Budget to rent a car from Berlin Airport. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told my reservation contained an error and the booking was canceled. I requested a refund of approximately ₺19,700 (around ₺20,000), but even after 2.5 months, the payment has not been refunded. My reservation number is 23845705-TR-0. For the past two months, I have been repeatedly contacting them in writing, and every time I receive the same response: that the matter is not under their responsibility, that the Germany office is in charge, and they are waiting for feedback. I also submitted a complaint through Şikayetvar, but again received the same answer without any resolution or refund. I feel I am only being stalled and not genuinely assisted. Although they keep shifting responsibility to Germany, I am constantly redirected to the c*@budget.com.tr email address. I made the payment by card, and during this whole process, no additional documents or actions were requested from me. I demand both the urgent refund of my payment and additional compensation for the grievance I have suffered. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
