Renault Zoe Trim Sound, Faulty Rear Camera And Parking Sensor, Falling Pieces
I am experiencing the following problems with the Renault Zoe brand vehicle I purchased from Otonova Authorized Dealer/Service on 20/07/2023. 1-) Noises coming from the back side (I brought the vehicle to the dealer 1 week after purchasing it, but the problem was not resolved.) 2-) The parking sensor/camera does not display correctly. The camera makes it appear that the vehicle is above objects to the left and right, but in reality, there is a considerable distance between the objects. The camera shows the license plate on the vehicle. In summary, there is a possibility of crashing the vehicle due to incorrect display. 3-) The vehicle is a 2022 model and when I asked for battery health information before sales, I was informed that there was no such process. Currently, I cannot find out the capacity of the battery when it was delivered to me. 4-) A large piece under the vehicle started to rub against the ground and the tire. We stayed on the road. 5-) We made an appointment with the dealer to resolve the problems regarding the above issues. I was on time for the appointment, but even though 5 hours had passed, the vehicle was just waiting in the shade. I was informed that there was 1 person who could take care of the vehicle and that he had other work in hand. This is how planning was done. Information about this should have been given in advance. In summary, the pieces falling from the car of a new vehicle on the road, the lack of after-sales service, wasted time and not being able to get information about the process made me unhappy.
