I bought a brand-new 2020 Renault Megane 4 with a warranty. The vehicle has only 20,000 kilometers on it. However, I have been having some annoying problems. When I brake at high speeds, I notice a vibration, and when I go over speed bumps, I hear sounds coming from the rear shocks. So I scheduled a visit to the Düzce Renault Ernaz service center for March 29, 2023. After the inspection they said the disks were worn out and not covered by warranty, and they estimated the cost to be around 5,000 TL. This car came with a three-year warranty that has yet to expire. I'd like to have the disks replaced under warranty. I should not pay any cost.
