Renault Megane Steering Problems Ignored

I purchased a brand new Renault Megane 1.3 tce Joy package in November 2020. Everything appeared to be in order until I took it in for routine maintenance. They performed the service, but a problem arose before my warranty expired at 33,000 kilometers. I reported a strange squeaking noise coming from the steering wheel. To my surprise, they blamed it on cologne, lotion, rings, and chemical substances, and claimed they had no control over it. It's perplexing how they suddenly decided that everything in the car was excellent and that any problems were my fault. Unfortunately, this is only one of the problems I've encountered; there's no need to go into detail about the others. My Renault Megane experience has left me frustrated and disappointed as my warranty is about to expire at the end of November. When legitimate concerns are dismissed without proper investigation or resolution, it is disheartening.
