Renault Service Fails to Honor Warranty and Delays Repair

On March 27, I took my 2021 model 20 thousand km Megane vehicle to Akkas Auto, which is a Renault Service in Balıkesir, due to the vibration and maintenance. The maintenance of the vehicle was completed and this problem, which should be done under the warranty, was not considered under the warranty and was directed to the motor insurance repair on 30 March. When I asked about the estimated delivery time, they did not say anything clearly, when I gave a scope, did it last for a week or 10 days or when I asked if it was 1-2 months, they said no, it would not take 1-2 months, but it would take 10 days. When I called my vehicle for control on April 3 , they said that the appraisal approval was awaited. On the same day, the expert came and examined. At the end of the examinations, the necessary parts list was prepared and an order was placed.I was told that my vehicle would be raised April 20 with my parts in a shipment that would arrive within that week.. When I went back 2 days later, I was told that the delivery truck had arrived, but my part had not been found. So as far as I understand, there is a shipping truck approaching in front of the warehouse, random parts are thrown into it, luckily, the huge traverse I needed did not come across among the pieces thrown, so Akkaş auto service fell into a victimized situation. Later, it was stated that the part would come from abroad. The part claimed to come from abroad was brought and fitted to the vehicle, but it was stated that the vehicle had to be changed on the axle, except for the traverse, which failed during the tests, and a new part was expected. Since my replacement vehicle had expired , I requested a replacement vehicle from the service, but it was stated that my request could not be met due to the fact that the axle was available within the borders of the country. It was stated by the official at the service that the part of the vehicle would arrive on April 29 and would be installed on the same day. Today, May 2, it has been 35 days since I left my car at Akkas auto service with a simple problem.
