Renault Captur New Series Issues With Sailing Mode, Start-Stop, Whistling Sound

I've got a few issues with my car that I wanna share, first of sailing mode isn't working right. second, the engine keeps running at 1000 rpm instead of completely stopping like other cars. This problem messes up fuel efficiency and how well the sailing mode works. Also, just so you know, the start-stop thing kicks in when you're going 10 km/h. This is a bit of an issue for me because it keeps messing with the engine when I'm stuck in traffic or have to stop for a sec. It would be cool if the start-stop thing kicked in at lower speeds or if we could adjust it ourselves to fit our own driving style and the road we're on. Oh, and by the way, there's this weird whistling noise when you shift from 2nd to 3rd gear that's kinda freaking me out. haven't been able to fix any of these yet. Interested in helping??? Or will you just do what you do best and ignore what you built!!
