I own a Renault Megane 1.3 TCe EDC and I live in Türkiye. My vehicle is still under warranty. There is a “wuuuk” sound when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear, which never existed before. Despite this, the service center claims there is no issue and that I should continue using the car as it is. I even took the car to another authorized service to get a second opinion, but they gave me the same vague explanation. However, this problem is known and reported by many users. In some cases, the clutch kit has been replaced, but mine has not. It’s frustrating to see inconsistent treatment when the same issue is clearly affecting multiple vehicles. I urgently request a proper solution to this issue.
