Renault Megane Icon 2023 AirCon Switching On/Off Randomly
After activating the "Use Air from Inside Vehicle" button on the air conditioner of my Megane Icon 2023 model vehicle, which I bought 2 weeks ago with 0 km, it automatically turns off and starts to take in air from the outside. This situation; It causes exhaust and other bad odors to fill my vehicle from outside while in traffic. I registered a complaint twice through the customer representative regarding the issue, but was told that there was nothing that could be done. The same applies to the defogging feature of the rear window and side mirrors. After a while (yet the fog disappears), it turns off automatically. The selection of driving modes must be re-selected every time the engine is started. I want to use it in Eco mode, but it turns into My Sense mode every time the engine starts. I cannot see the engine rev counter in Eco mode and My Sense mode while driving. I can list many more problems like this that can be overcome with software. If you give me permission, I will decide what will be active and what will not be active in my vehicle, and I will decide what will remain as default. To do this, have a software installed on my vehicle at your authorized services and be given the authority to control that hardware. My request is very normal, humane and easy. My 2-week Renault experience was such a fiasco that I thought of selling my car. I also regretfully condemn the Renault engineers and decision makers who turned that beautiful car into a pain due to software and planning problems. If you would please respond to this complaint, do not let a standard customer representative call me. Don't get me wrong, I am not insulting anyone with the word standard. There was nothing they could do within the scope of their authority and influence. If there is anyone who can solve my problems, call me. Otherwise, don't get tired. #megane
