I purchased a Techno Esprit Alpine 2024 star black car on January 31, 2024. While driving, I noticed a noise coming from the rear of the car. Upon inspection, I found a level difference in the trunk. The constant noise distracts me while driving, making it difficult to focus on the road and compromising driving safety. Additionally, I'm concerned about potential water ingress during winter. I trusted Renault's reputation and size when buying a brand new car. The vehicle has visual defects, and I believe I've been sold a defective product. I'm uncertain about the financial implications this defect may have in the future. The service suggests fixing it with a proposal like "Let's dismantle it with bolts and repair it." Is it appropriate to perform such repairs on a brand new car? I'm seeking your assistance on this matter.
