Regal CM 1200 DVR Silent 91 Warranty Violation - Charged for Broken Plastic Parts

The rotating plastic parts inside my Regal CM 1200 DVR Ultra Silent 91 washing machine fell off just a day ago. I purchased the machine online, and its warranty is valid until 2027. After the issue occurred, I contacted Regal’s authorized service today, and when the technicians came to my home, they demanded a ₺2,000 fee for the two plastic parts. I do not accept being charged for these components while the machine is still under warranty and request a refund of the fee I paid. Additionally, I have experienced other issues with this machine before, and the service representative stated that there was no mechanical problem, claiming it was electrical instead. However, I did not receive adequate support in resolving these issues. I request that my problem be resolved promptly and that the ₺2,000 I paid be refunded to me.
