I purchased a Regal 7kg 1000 RPM washing machine, and within a year, it has broken down twice. The first time, the drum bearings were damaged, and the rear drum had to be replaced. The second time, the belt needed replacement. Despite these repairs, the machine is still malfunctioning. It shakes violently as if the drum will come loose, moves across the floor, and makes excessive noise, sounding like a tractor.
When I contacted customer service, they dismissed it as a “user error.” The service team inspected the machine but claimed there was no problem, returning it unfixed. Regal refuses to take responsibility for this faulty product. I demand an immediate resolution, whether it’s a full repair or replacement. Customers deserve reliable products and proper support, not frustration and neglect.
