Regal CMI 91002 Washing Machine Failure

I noticed that there was a water leak in the detergent eye of my Regal cmi 91002 model washing machine about 1 month ago. Due to this leak, serious rusts and decay occurred on the side where the detergent eye of the machine is, and these rusts have spread to my bathroom tiles. No clear approach was taken on whether the rusts were covered by the warranty; Although the authorized service that came to the house stated that such malfunctions should be covered by the warranty, the solution center does not accept this. As soon as I noticed the problem, I contacted customer service on 29.06.2025 and an authorized service was referred. The process was suspended for weeks because the service, which came to the fault detection, did not enter the data to the system on time. I also had to call customer service many times to find out the latest situation. The last time I was contacted from the solution center. They said that I could not benefit from the change, only the repair could be helped. When I welcomed the repair and stated that I wanted to use my right to exchange, if any, my request was closed. Since my request was closed, a new request was opened again and it was decided to take the machine from home and take it to the service for repair. However, although an appointment was made for Friday, the authorized service did not arrive at the specified time and the machine was still not purchased. I emphasize that my machine is only 22 months old and under warranty, I demand that the victimization I have experienced be over. I want the periodic failures and rust to be evaluated within the scope of the warranty; I want my grievances to be eliminated with a change or at least a quick and trouble-free repair. I think the victimization I have experienced for 1 month and the disruptions in the process are unacceptable. My device is located in Muğla Bodrum, I expect a quick solution.
