ReelShort Duplicate Payments Without Active Membership
On 15.10.2026 and again on 22.10.2026, charges of 106,47 zł each (a total of 212,94 zł) were taken from my payment card for a service described as “ReelShortW-1372757191”. In the ReelShort application my subscription has already expired, and in Google Play on my Android device there is no active subscription visible that could explain these payments. Despite having no active subscription, money is still being withdrawn from my card. I request that you urgently check which account these payments are linked to, cancel any active or hidden subscriptions associated with my card and arrange a full refund of the amounts already collected, totalling 212,94 zł.
