ReelShort Unauthorized Charge of €26.99
Today I noticed an unauthorized charge of €26.99 on my account with the description “Reelshortw-1654856186”. I have not purchased any subscription or package from ReelShort and I did not authorize this payment in any way. I only downloaded the ReelShort app today in order to check whether there was any subscription linked to my profile, and I can confirm that I do not have any active subscription. Despite this, the amount of €26.99 has been taken from my account without my consent. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring charge that may have been opened in my name and a full refund of the €26.99 debited without authorization. I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and to confirm in writing both the cancellation and the refund.
