ReelShort Subscription Cancelation With Immediate Effect

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of an unauthorized ReelShort subscription and a full refund of the latest charge. Today I was charged 244.99 R for “ReelShortW” even though I do not have any active ReelShort subscription visible on my Android/Google Play account. I checked under Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on the same Google account I use, and there is no ReelShort subscription listed there. The charge appears on my South African bank account statement as a digital subscription payment to ReelShort, and in my banking app it is currently shown as “pending”. Since I cannot see, manage, or cancel this subscription anywhere on my side, I believe this charge is unauthorized or at least not properly linked to a visible subscription. I request that this ReelShort subscription be cancelled with immediate effect and that the 244.99 R charged today be fully refunded to my account. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further deductions will be made from my card or account without my clear consent.
