ReelShort Unauthorized Android Charge and Full Refund Request

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made to my ReelShort account and I request a full refund along with permanent cancellation of any subscription linked to my profile. My ReelShort User ID is 795944***. On 2026-10-01 at around 10:46 a.m., an amount of 464.80 was charged through my Android device. I did not approve or intend to make this purchase and I noticed it only after seeing the payment confirmation. Until now I have not contacted Google Play or ReelShort support directly about this issue. I kindly request that this unauthorized payment be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any existing or future subscription on my ReelShort account be permanently cancelled so that no further charges are made without my consent.
