ReelShort Attempted Unauthorized Charge of 699.99 UAH
On 10.10.2026 I noticed that my PUMB Bank card was almost charged 699.99 UAH for “ReelShortW-1663360026 SUNNYVALE US” under “digital goods”, but the transaction failed due to insufficient funds. I did not authorize any new subscription on this ReelShort account and I do not agree to this automatic charge. I do have another ReelShort account with an active subscription, but it is different from the account that is linked to this attempted transaction. I am concerned that as soon as I top up my PUMB account, this unauthorized amount will be automatically deducted. I request that any automatic subscription or recurring payment instruction related to “ReelShortW-1663360026 SUNNYVALE US” on my PUMB Bank card be cancelled, and that no funds be withdrawn from my account for this transaction in the future. I also ask ReelShort to check their system, cancel any subscription linked to my card that I did not clearly confirm for this account, and ensure that no further unauthorized charges are attempted.
