ReelShort Unauthorized Charge After One-Time Payment

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge related to ReelShort on my bank card and to request a solution. Recently I made a single payment of 10 pesos for ReelShort, understanding it as a one‑time charge. However, on 15 September 2026 a new charge of approximately 139 pesos (shown as ReelShort-67824 SUNNYVALE for -138.04 MXN on my Santander account) appeared directly on my card without my authorization. I did not consent to this additional payment nor did I knowingly activate any recurring subscription. I therefore consider this transaction unauthorized and inappropriate. I kindly request that the unauthorized 139 pesos charge be fully refunded, that any ReelShort subscription linked to my card be completely cancelled, and that my card data be removed or blocked so that no further charges are made in the future. I ask that you review this situation and provide a prompt response and confirmation of the refund, the cancellation of any subscription and the blocking of future charges.
