Unauthorized ReelshortW Payment On My Bank Account

I recently discovered an unauthorized payment on my account made to ReelshortW on 2 October 2026 for the amount shown in the attached transaction receipt. I have never subscribed to ReelshortW, never requested any service from this platform, and did not give permission for this transaction to be made. This charge is completely unauthorized and there is only this single transaction to ReelshortW visible on my account. I request that this payment be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any access or billing related to ReelshortW on my account be cancelled, so that I am not charged again in the future. I kindly ask you to investigate how this unauthorized transaction was made without my consent and to inform me in writing after the refund is processed.
