Recurring ReelShort Charges With No VIP Subscription

I had a ReelShort subscription that I canceled on December 16, 2025, yet I recently realized that I have still been charged $29.99 on a weekly basis despite not having an active subscription. In my transaction history there are separate $29.99 charges on July 26, 2026 and on August 7, 14 and 22, 2026. These ReelShortW charges clearly appear in my Chase account activity. I canceled the subscription long ago and I do not see any active ReelShort plan, so I do not understand why these repeated $29.99 payments are still being taken. This situation makes me feel misled and unsafe about using your service. I am requesting a full refund of all $29.99 charges from the start of this billing on July 26, 2026, including the charges on July 26 and on August 7, 14 and 22, 2026, and that any hidden or residual subscription linked to my account or device be completely canceled so that no further charges are made without my clear and explicit consent.
