Reeder Sold Me a 55 Inch Smart TV That Does Not Update Apps or Connect Properly
Beware of the Reeder 55-inch Smart TV. Even though it is connected to the internet, it does not access Google Play Store, does not update apps like Netflix, and frequently gives connection errors. When I reported the issue to customer service, they said it was a software problem and offered a replacement. However, when I went to the store, I was told I had to pay an additional ₺2500 for the exchange, or they would not replace it. I paid the fee to resolve the issue, and they gave me a new device of the same model, but the same problem occurred again. I left the device at the store for inspection, but no one provided proper assistance or updates. They do not stand behind their products, refuse returns, and even charge extra for replacements. I do not recommend this brand at all.
