Reeder TV Screen Broke In 2 Months - User Error Claim

I bought a Reeder brand television, and after two months, the screen slowly started to show lines and then completely stopped working. I called the Izmir Novada Menemen store where I purchased it, and they said they would open a service request for me. Later, the service center contacted me and said they could replace my TV for ₺12,000. However, I had bought it for ₺15,000 just two months earlier. When I asked why, they claimed it was user error. When I questioned how they could determine that without inspecting the product, they sarcastically replied, “A ball must have hit it. Isn’t that a house with children?” I was left without any solution or support. When I bought it, my daughter told me, “Dad, don’t buy this one,” and I wish I had listened. Now, I will file complaints everywhere — from the Consumer Arbitration Board to social media and Consumer Rights.
