Reeder Charged Me for a Gift and My S19 Max Pro S Phone's NFC Still Doesn't Work
On 07.10.2024, I visited the Reeder store at Olivium Mall, where they told me I could replace my S19 Max Pro S Edge device, which I had purchased in a bundle about a month ago, through the swap method. They informed me that I needed to pay ₺4550 for the phone replacement, and mentioned that they were gifting me an accessory box. However, when I checked my invoice, I realized that ₺4000 was for the device replacement and ₺550 was for the accessory box. I was disappointed because they claimed the accessory was a gift, which damaged my trust in them. Later, when I noticed that the NFC feature on my white S19 Max Pro S 108 MP device wasn’t working, I went to the Reeder store at Torium Mall. There, one of the staff members, Mr. K***, helped restore some of my lost confidence in the brand. If you need assistance, I recommend visiting the Reeder store at Torium Mall. However, I still have a device with a non-functioning NFC feature. When I contacted customer service around 16:00 on 10.10.2024, they were not helpful at all. Now, I am stuck with a faulty phone and cannot recommend buying Reeder products. Stay away from them.
I went to the Reeder store in Torium Shopping Mall and got my device exchanged. I would like to thank Mr. Koray, Ms. Berna, and Ms. Berfin for their support and for restoring my trust in the brand. Reeder is a company with high brand value and is developing. However, I am quite upset about the negative experiences I had at the Reeder store in Olivium Shopping Mall. I am very satisfied with my new device, the S19 Max Pro 108 MP, and I am considering getting the S71 model in the future.
The staff at Torium Shopping Mall are quite well-equipped, and I recommend providing this training to all your branches. You also mentioned that you would load points onto my Reeder account, and I am eagerly awaiting that. I hope not to have a negative experience again. Thanks to the entire team.
The NFC issue continues with the latest device I received. When I removed the label on the device, I saw that the model number "s 19 Max Pro Zoom" was engraved underneath, and they had stuck a "s 19 Max Pro 108 MP" label over it with tape. I had previously heard that they added fake cameras, which is quite confidence-shaking. This situation suggests that assembled devices are being released to the market. I don't understand what they are up to; I can't find anyone to address my issue or provide an explanation. So far, I have paid a total of 10,000 TL and have not received any service. At this rate, it looks like we might end up in court.
No one has contacted me yet.
