Reeder S23 Pro Max Update Failure



I bought my Reeder S23 Pro Max device and haven't received any software or system updates since then. I'm having some problems with this. Whenever I check, the phone always shows that it's up to date. But I want to mention that the device is brand new and it runs on the Android operating system. Updates are supposed to be provided every two months, but there have been no updates since the day of purchase, not even during the initial setup. Please address this matter promptly by either replacing my phone with the same model and memory capacity at no additional cost, or by resolving the issue in a timely manner.
