I’ve been using a Xiaomi Redmi 13 Pro Plus, and I’m seriously frustrated that my phone hasn’t received any updates in a long time. The last update I got was dated 2024-02-01, and I’m still stuck on Android 14, while others around me with the exact same model have already received newer updates.
I’ve checked everything — the settings menu, manual update searches, even tried downloading from Xiaomi’s official sources — but no updates show up anywhere. My phone says it's up to date, which clearly isn’t true.
What’s the explanation for this? Why are identical phones receiving updates while mine is completely ignored? This isn't a budget model — it's a Pro Plus device, and I expected better software support.
Xiaomi, I demand that you address this issue. If there’s a rollout delay, at least provide transparent information. If there’s a bug blocking the update, fix it. I’m not getting the performance or security improvements I should be, and that’s unacceptable. Please resolve this update issue promptly — your customers shouldn’t have to chase support just to stay current.
