Reeder Promised to Deliver My S71 and S23 Phones in 1 Week but It Has Been 6
I bought a Reeder phone and was told it would arrive in one week, but it’s been six weeks and still nothing. It was the S71 and S23 models, and there’s no contact person to reach—neither the store nor customer service is responsive, and the brand clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I’ve sent multiple emails and made countless calls, but no one has responded. At this point, I don’t even know if my order still exists in their system. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after paying for a product upfront.
