Reeder Sold Me a Faulty S19 Max Pro Zoom and Now Ignores My Support Requests

I have had problems by changing my Reeder s19 Max pro zoom device many times, the camera is broken, now I have an update problem on my phone, there is no sound to the other party, the solution center is very weak, I cannot connect to customer service, each time I try to reach out, I am either redirected endlessly or left without a response, a code was given for the change, I cannot change the device because there is no device in my city, and the given code has expired, therefore, I am being asked for exorbitant amounts to upgrade to the higher model, I am definitely victimized, I cannot find anyone to contact from the Reeder brand.
