My Samsung A50 Hasn’t Received Any Updates Since 2023 and I Demand Proper Support

I am experiencing a major issue with my Samsung A50 device — it has not received any software updates since 2023. After the last update, there has been complete silence, and no further improvements, security patches, or system upgrades have been provided.

Has Samsung completely forgotten about the A50 series? Should we be forced to throw away a perfectly working phone and buy a new one every two years? It’s very disappointing that a brand as large and reputable as Samsung would leave loyal users behind so quickly.

I demand that Samsung address this issue and continue providing updates for the A50, at least to ensure security and stability. Ignoring users who invested in your devices is unacceptable. I expect a solution and clear communication on the future of software support for this model.
